We are currently seeking an innovative, sophisticated and fearless Graphic and Front End Web Designer to help support our growing agency. This is a full-time, in-house position for designing both on and offline graphic elements for new and current projects in a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, support current methodologies and contribute creative solutions consistent with the company objectives.This candidate will be providing expert insight into design projects in an agile environment where decisions can be made quickly and your influence is real.

NOTE: Candidates who do not provide a digital portfolio will not be considered.


Provide inventive and intelligent perspective and implementation of a variety of creative projects including web sites, mobile applications, online display ads, newsletters, print advertisements, direct mail, and print collateral.


  • Design and develop static and animated digital assets including web banners, display ads, digital newsletters, and social network assets.
  • Consult with agency departments on design requirements for new and active projects.
  • Consult with management to establish a vision for future products or designs.
  • Work with in-house and contracted resources to incorporate design requirements into the websites and applications.
  • Create wireframes, rapid prototypes, user experience flows, and comp designs.
  • Design layout and templates for maximum usability and focus on user experience.
  • Be a progressive, dedicated, creative and genius member of a an equally progressive, dedicated, creative and genius team.


Qualified candidates will have 3-4 years of successful and demonstrated digital and graphic design experience, or equivalent education. Working knowledge of the criteria for digital marketing assets as mandated from the Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo and Facebook strongly preferred. Multimedia experience a plus.
